HARBORVIEW Marina Transient SLIP RENTAL
Weekdays: $ 2.75 ft/per day, plus utilities (Monday – Thursday)
Weekends: $ 3.25 ft/per day, plus utilities (Friday, Saturday, Sundays, Holidays*, Special Events)
4th of July: $4.00 ft/ per day, plus utilities (3-night min.)
Winter Rate - November 1st-April 1st: $1.50/ft weekdays & $1.75/ft weekends.
Special Event Prices: $3.25/per foot inside slips $4.00/per foot on outside walkway. *Minimum night stays may apply - call our office.
Dockside Utilities*:
Cable tv, water and pump out included
WiFi available
Electric:
One or two 30 AMP electric: $18.00 per day
50 AMP electric: $18.00 per day
Single (1) Phase 100 AMP: $40.00 per day
Three (3) Phase 100 AMP: $60.00 per day
Splitters may be rented on first come, first served basis.
*Minimum monthly utility fee applies. Utilities include electric, cable TV, WiFi available, pump out and water. Management reserves the right to charge overage for excessive usage.

Non-Holiday/Non-Special Event Weekends:
Reservations require a one night deposit, charged at time of booking. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before date of reservation will receive 100% refund. Within 48 hours, guests will receive one night credit valid for up to one year (excluding holidays and special events).
Holiday/Special Event Weekends:
Reservations require payment in full, charged at time of booking. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before date of reservation will receive credit on account valid for up to one year (excluding holidays/special events). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation are non-refundable.
